Easy to keep, big and timid species. They are very slender and stick-like with a white stripe going along the top of their abdomen. As adults they can sometimes grow into colors different than brown.
Sold as unsexed juveniles.

CARE TIPS
 
- They eat live insects. Preferably not crickets nor black soldier flies, as these are known to make them sick. House flies, cocroaches and mealworms are perfect feeders. Can be fed fruit flies while they're still small.
 
- Final enclosure should be at least 30cm tall with good ventilation and cannot be crowded, to allow space for safe moulting (shedding exoskeleton to grow). Can be smaller while the mantis is still a little juvenile and upgraded as they grow.
 
- Spray the enclosure with clean water once daily so the mantis can drink the droplets.
 
- They cannot be kept comunally, due to their caniballistic nature.
