SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All Live Animals are only shipped with Express Post on MONDAYS ONLY - for the safety of the critters. Order cut-off time is Saturday's midnight for shipping on the following Monday. Delivery should take 1-2 days but on occasion it can take longer, so please check your tracking number on the Australia Post Website.

For orders that don't contain live animals, they will be shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays with Economic Route and should take up to one week to reach your door.
Dead on Arrival Policy
Special care is taken to package your new pet in the safest possible way and DOAs don't usually happen, but in case of unexpected circumstances, you will receive a replacement or refund. Please send the photo of the animal in question within 24 hours of its arrival at your door, any time after that DOA guarantee will be void.
Packaging
Pocket Kaiju tries to be environmentally conscious where possible, so some of the packaging, like shipping boxes and plastic containers may be re-used from other brands. All are properly cleaned and prepared, before getting re-used.
States Limitations
Unfortunately, due to the different States rules, currently live animals are only shipped to SA, VIC, ACT, NSW and QLD. Tarantulas cannot be shipped to QLD but all other animals are fine. Non-organic merchandise can be shipped Australia-wide.
Returns
You cannot return any live animals, so please make your selection carefully. If there was a mistake in your order, send an email asap and it will get sorted for you.

If any product arrives damaged, please send a photo within 24 hours of receiving your package to have the return sorted.
